X-ray Hand craft for the letter X!
This was a super easy craft to whip up! I used tinfoil for an interesting texture and because my boys unrolled the whole roll and didn’t want to waste it. 😂
Then I cut the q-tips in half for bones and joints. You can cut them smaller to make it more detailed since their hands are smaller. Voila!
Before we started I showed them an actual picture of an X-ray on Google so they had an example. We traced our hands, cut them out and glued the Q-tips on! X-ray is easy to explain how it starts with X. We sounded the letter out, talked about words that also end with X like fox and box.
This X-ray hand also brought up a lot of questions about bones, skeletons, and how the body works! We incorporated muscles, organs and how your body functions too!
I think I commented about the wonderful art project on the adventure pic! Anyways great job! You're an excellent Mother the way it should be!!!
