Today was all about the Apples!
We read books on how apples grow, we added an interactive game to the book Ten Apples up on Top the Dr Suess book.
The kids made Apple Stamps with Paint and we had a sensory Apple Pie Recipe!
We talked about colors of the skin and inside of the apple. We had cut them in half and examine the seeds. We observed the shapes, sizes, and textures!
We learned that apples grows from a flower and you can still see the flower dried up on the bottom of the Apple!
We also did some tracing numbers worksheet and
counting seeds worksheet!
